We prioritize resolving classroom technology issues, and we will do our best to find a solution to keep classroom technology disruptions to a minimum.
Classroom technology support includes classroom workstations, projectors and production equipment, and can include a faculty or adjunct device if an instructor is using a laptop to present.
Be as proactive as possible to head off or solve problems by arriving to a classroom early and anticipating special needs and changes early, especially for classes after 5 p.m.
To get immediate support, you'll first need to determine who manages the classroom you're teaching in. Franklin Hall and Radio-Television Building classrooms are supported by The Media School, University Information Technology Services Classroom Technology Support and UITS Student Technology Centers.

An engineer-in-charge is scheduled to be present for all studio production classes in RTV and Franklin Hall. Associate instructors for studio classes are trained to provide support as well.
