Reserving space
Rooms can be reserved in Franklin Hall or RTV, such as a conference room or classroom. Access 25LivePro (via One.IU) and submit the “event form” in the top banner to reserve a room. If you need more guidance on how to reserve Media School rooms, review these instructions on how to submit your requests.
Trash and recycling
Offices and workspaces are cleaned at least once a month. Large trash and recycling receptacles, which are emptied more often, are also available around the building for more frequent clearing from offices.
Lost and found
The equipment checkout desk, room 120, holds the lost and found for Franklin Hall.
Access
Please note that office areas require a registered Crimson Card for access outside normal business hours and during holiday closures. If you are locked out of your work area after hours, contact facilities operations at 812-855-8728 or 812-855-9514.
