Acuity set-up questionnaire
You must complete this form to set up an Acuity calendar, which is used to schedule research participants for any studies running in the ICR.
Please complete and submit at least one week prior to the start of your study.
If your study is using The Media School subject pool, you should have already reviewed the Using the Subject Pool [for PIs] document and met with the research coordinator to set up your study.
