Complete staff self-assessment form

Wednesday, March 20, 2019

All full-time Media School staff members must complete the annual self-assessment form with their supervisor by April 12. 

This form is intended to summarize each staff member's work from 2018 and set goals for this year. 

The completed, signed forms should be given to Scott Feickert by April 12. He is also available to answer any questions or concerns.
