If you are faculty looking for logistics or project support for your event or activity: Contact Liz Sullivan (even if expenses are involved, the project doesn’t usually go to the finance team until we are ready to pay the bills).
Example: “Professor Smith is planning to bring a speaker to campus for an upcoming presentation. Liz Sullivan would be the first point of contact in the planning and coordination of event, and she will work with other staff (on the finance team and elsewhere) as needed.”
Please copy Katie Higgins on your initial email request to staff so that she can connect you with a backup if your primary contact is unavailable. If your question relates to the BFCA, Arnolt Center, or the Center for Documentary Research and Practice, financial requests should continue to flow through your current staff contact as usual.
